Gaganpreet Luthra

Gaganpreet Luthra is COO & Operating Partner at Leo Capital, where she works closely with founders on scaling businesses across markets. She plays a key role in helping international portfolio companies enter and build in India, while supporting Indian founders expanding into Europe, the US, and other global markets - from GTM strategy and market entry to partnerships, talent, and local execution. With over 25 years of experience across technology, startups, and business management, Gagan brings a hands-on operator perspective to Leo’s portfolio and platform. Previously, she served as India GM at Seattle-based Flyhomes, backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and Battery Ventures, where she led the company’s India operations. She is an alumna of IIT Delhi with an Integrated M.Tech.
